Gary Solomon, DDS
Dr. Solomon received his D.D.S. degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. He brings passion, education and the desire to positively impact people's lives to his practice. His dedication began early as a Dean's Honor List undergraduate student at the University of Texas at Austin and Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Dr. Solomon's dedication to his patients and his field prompted him to pursue advanced continuing education including graduating from the prestigious L.D. Pankey Institute, the world renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry, The Texas Institute of Advanced Dental Studies and The Jameson Leadership Forum.
Dr. Solomon feels it is important to give back to the community; he coordinates a panel of dentists that provides dentistry to the less fortunate and for victims of abuse and domestic violence for over 20 years.

Dr. Solomon was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas and married his high school sweetheart, Rossi. They have two daughters, Jennifer and Julie.
Allison Kumata, DMD
Dr. Allison Kumata earned her undergraduate degree in Neuroscience and Biological Sciences from Wellesley College and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University in Boston. Dr. Kumata went on to complete an additional residency in advanced general dentistry at Bellevue Hospital and Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital in New York. While in residency, she received extensive training in the management of medically compromised patients, implant placement and restoration, and esthetic dentistry. After graduating, she practiced in San Francisco and Palo Alto before making Austin her home. She has always had a passion for continuing education and brings knowledge of the latest studies and treatments to her practice. Her goal is to create a lasting connection with her patients and to offer an experience that is customized and exceeds their expectations.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kumata is actively involved in the local community and loves volunteering, cooking, trying new restaurants, running, and rooting for the Longhorns.
Christopher Adams, DDS
Dr. Christopher Adams was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco in 2009. After graduation, he practiced in the Pacific Northwest before making Texas his home.
Dr. Adams believes in providing individualized treatment plans based on the patient's wants and needs and in delivering that care with a gentle touch. He strives to treat every patient the same as he would a member of his own family. In his free time Dr. Adams enjoys trivia, learning to play guitar, running, and salsa dancing.
Drew Beaulieu, DDS
Dr. Drew Beaulieu grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and completed his undergraduate study in Biochemistry at the Ohio State University. He received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Maryland, where he focused treating geriatric and special needs patients and was recognized with the Special Care Dentistry Association Award. Upon graduation, Dr. Beaulieu moved to Houston where he completed his General Practice Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. In his free time Dr. Beaulieu enjoys learning new musical instruments, song writing, and running.
Hieu Nguyen, DDS
Dr. Nguyen grew up in the Bay Area in northern California. He graduated from Hayward University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science in 2006 and finished his Doctorate of Dental Surgery training in 2001 in Cleveland, Ohio. He previously practiced in Houston, Glendale and the Phoenix Metropolitan Areas where he owned and successfully operated several clinics in Arizona. Dr. Nguyen has treated thousands of patients from all walks of life with all aspect of dentistry since graduation from dental school with utmost care and compassion. He loves the art and science of dentistry especially oral surgery, implants, prosthodontics, orthodontics and geriatrics. He has great passions for dentistry and always strive to improve his dental knowledge by never stop learning. He recently relocated to San Antonio with his wife and 3 kids. They love everything here in San Antonio and the people of Texas whom they quickly discovered are very friendly, kind and courteous.
Peggah Escalante, DDS
Dr. Peggah Escalante graduated as part of the honors program from St. Mary’s University and continued her education at the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental School in San Antonio and graduated with a distinction in Teaching and Research. She has gained experience in all levels of dentistry with patients of all ages. For Dr. Escalante, dentistry means helping people live healthy and successful lives and she is devoted to ensuring that every family feels comfortable with making decisions to work towards and maintaining their loved ones oral health. While she isn’t practicing dentistry, Dr. Escalante enjoys spending her time outdoors, reading, and finding ways to serve her local community.
Vincent Ho, DDS
Dr. Vincent Ho received his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco, where he was inducted into the Honors society Omicron Kappa Upsilon and received scholarships for Implant Dentistry and Prosthodontics. Dr. Ho received his Fellowship with the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Ho has volunteered his time and travelled the world providing much needed dental care. He has worked in Barrow, Alaska with the Indian Health Services and served on the USNS Mercy, a Naval hospital ship, and volunteered with Thousand Smiles in Mexico with orphan and cleft lip children. He loves to spend time with his wife and his two year old son. They are expecting a daughter as well.
John Schmid, DDS
Dr. John Schmid received his Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University in 1989. Remaining in the Lone Star State, Dr. Schmidcontinued his education, receiving his Doctorate in Dental Science (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. From there, he went on to study Advanced Anterior Aesthetics, Comprehensive Aesthetic Reconstruction, Neuromuscular Occlusion, Full Mouth Reconstruction, and Neuromuscular Coronoplasty at the world-renowned Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies. In 2012 Dr. Schmid was awarded the distinction of Fellow by the institute. The Fellow distinction is only awarded to dentists who have successfully completed a comprehensive exam covering all of the skills and techniques taught in the LVI Core Series (Core I – Core VII), which includes a minimum of 278 continuing education hours of training in advanced dental aesthetics and neuromuscular science. Dr. Schmid has lived in Austin for over 20 years and is proud to be raising his children Molly, Lola, and Joaquin in our lovely city. Dr. Schmid strongly believes in community involvement and, in the spirit of Austin, has volunteered at the Manos de Cristo Dental Clinic, a full-service dental clinic that serves the needs of the underprivileged members of our city. Along with maintaining a private cosmetic practice for the last 20 years, Dr. Schmid has also focused on Geriatric and memory care dentistry in the Austin area. Dr. Schmid has 10 years of Geriatric and memory care dental experience. Keeping these patients comfortable and functioning by delivering care in a conscientious, compassionate way is his primary goal.
Alice Liu, DMD
Dr. Alice Liu is an experienced preventative-focused dentist with an emphasis on patient education. Dr. Liu received a Bachelor of Science at USC. She then completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Arizona School of Dentistry with a certificate in Public Health. Dr. Liu is passionate about serving those who lack access to traditionally delivered dental care. She is committed to staying up to date with current evidence-based dentistry to further develop and expand her clinical skills. Dr. Liu enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, snowboarding and scuba diving. She travels every chance she gets and loves to explore different cultures and cuisines. In her spare time, you can catch her binging on TV documentaries.
